Returns & Refunds Policy

Refunds are generally not given after the product is bought if there is no defect or issue with the product. However there are times when refunds can be given out to the customer:

  • If the product is damaged in any way while in production or in the delivery process a refund may be given out with a proper proof of purchase, and a screenshot of the item
  • If the product does not arrive, a refund may be given out with a proper proof of purchase, and a screenshot of a digital receipt (confirmation email counts)

  • Materials, colors, and design details may vary depending on production and display settings.
